1. The bed frame is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel tubes. The metal surface undergoes degreasing, phosphating, oil removal, anti-corrosion, and rust-proof treatments before being electrostatically coated with premium epoxy resin powder and cured at high temperature. The coating thickness is 60-80μm, with adhesion meeting Grade 0 standards and a spraying solidity of 50kg impact resistance. The finished surface exhibits no defects like peeling, sticking, or wrinkles, ensuring excellent corrosion and impact resistance.

2. The transport stretcher panel is divided into two sections, and the guardrails are made of PP plastic via one-time blow molding. Bed panel specifications: 1160*640*40mm; each panel must have two 25*60mm safety belt holes. Both sides are equipped with two 170*40*25mmR armrests, while the left and right corners each feature a 350*40*25mmR curved armrest, and the center includes a 200*40*25mmR armrest. The back panel measures 750*640*40mm and must also have two 25*60mm safety belt holes, with curved 230*40*25mmR armrests at each corner and a 200*40*25mmR armrest in the middle.

3. The backrest employs a pneumatic spring for stepless adjustment the transport stretcher and can function as a “cardiac resuscitation position” with a quick-release handle. Backrest adjustment range: 0-80°.

4. The two-piece PP guardrail is formed through one-time blow molding, measuring 1080mm×260mm×40mm. It features damped buffering and position-locking mechanisms for raising and lowering. 5. The hand crank is made of chrome-plated 40# steel with a retractable design. The screw rod uses a “bidirectional limit protection” system with a wall thickness ≥1.2mm. The back screw tube contains a precision bronze nut for silent, wear-resistant operation, guided by bronze tracks interacting with metal grooves to enable effortless bidirectional limit protection. The screw rod is extruded from 45-grade steel with interference protection and dual limit functions, ensuring smooth, noiseless operation. It also features a fully enclosed ABS dust cover, with a height adjustment range of 640-850mm.

6. The bed base includes a 1600*570/220*110mm PP blow-molded dust cover with three 100*30mm*3 recessed decorative panels.

7. The casters are premium 6-inch dual-row center-lock wheels, each with a 30mm diameter seamless steel tube axle head. Each wheel contains two fully sealed self-lubricating bearings designed to be waterproof and debris-resistant. The caster frames are made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy via integral die-casting, featuring pedal-operated center-lock brakes on all four corners.

8. The bed features an independent central fifth wheel system at the base, with operational pedals on both sides for selecting free movement, locking, or straight-line motion.

9. Each corner of the bed frame has an IV stand socket with a locking mechanism to secure the stand during transport. An IV stand storage rack is also included.

10. Mattress: Includes a 600D waterproof Oxford fabric mattress with 20mm thick B1-grade flame-retardant foam, featuring a zippered design for easy removal and washing.

11. The bed head end must include a secure 3-liter emergency oxygen cylinder holder with a locking mechanism to prevent dislodging during transport.
