Shipping Terms
Default: FOB Shanghai (Free on Board). The buyer assumes responsibility for freight, insurance, and import clearance from the port of loading. Other Incoterms (CIF, CFR, DAP) available upon agreement.
Logistics Partners
We work with established international freight forwarders specializing in medical equipment. Container consolidation available for mixed-product orders.
Documentation
Standard export documentation package includes:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin (where applicable)
- Product certificates and test reports (model and destination dependent)
Destination Market Compliance
Importers are responsible for:
- Local medical device registration (where required)
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance
- Compliance with local healthcare regulations
- Installation qualification and acceptance testing
We provide product documentation to support these processes but do not perform in-country regulatory filings on behalf of the buyer.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard products: 15–45 days from order confirmation (production + sea freight)
- Custom configurations: additional 2–4 weeks
- Air freight: available for urgent orders (premium)
